Location in East Newcastle is fantastic. Walked right out the front door to Newcastle Beach and Nobbys Point. The breakfast had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff welcomed us warmly, and the Family Room with Balcony was spacious and clean. I appreciated the oversized parking nearby, perfect for our 4WD with roof racks. the glass window from the bathroom into the room caused disturbances during the night. The light was too bright when in use, disrupting our sleep. The elevators felt old and the corridor carpets needed attention. the setting was beautiful, but the room had a few quirks that could be addressed.

Our stay was wonderful, with breathtaking ocean views right from our balcony. We made the most of the scenic walks along Bather's Way and enjoyed the proximity to local cafes for meals. the hotel could improve signage for easier navigation, especially carrying luggage.

The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with the updated bathroom enhancing the overall experience. parking was available on-site, making it convenient for business travelers. the blend of beautiful scenery and decent accommodations makes it a worthwhile choice.

I encountered an issue with the bathroom exhaust, which was annoyingly loud and stayed on continuously. The fridge in the room also contributed to the noise, making it difficult to sleep. I was disappointed that the pillows were quite hard, which impacted my comfort during the night.

The view from our room was pure bliss, fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Breakfast by the ocean was a great way to start each morning, even if the food could've been better.
